AI moves fast. Delivery decides who benefits.

I help organisations put AI to work: projects run properly, stakeholders brought along, and outcomes you can point to.

What I do

AI consulting

Practical guidance on where AI genuinely helps your organisation, and where it doesn’t. Use-case discovery, adoption roadmaps, tooling and policy, and building your team’s capability without the hype.

Project delivery

Complex projects taken from ambition to done. Scoping, planning, governance and reporting that keep work on track: clear milestones, honest status, no surprises.

Stakeholder engagement

The human side of change. Engagement strategy and communications that bring leadership, teams and communities along, so your project keeps momentum and trust from day one.

Land acquisition for data centres

Finding and securing the right sites for data centre projects: landowner negotiations, government engagement and community stakeholder work that gets deals over the line.

How I work

To the point

Plain language, short reports, clear recommendations.

Evidence over hype

Especially with AI. If a tool won’t earn its place in your organisation, I’ll tell you.

One accountable person

You work directly with me. The person who scopes the work is the person who delivers it.

Background

I’ve spent my career where strategy meets delivery: from government and the political space to the private sector, including one of Australia’s biggest financial businesses. Along the way I’ve worked across digital marketing, design, project delivery and business development. I can run the project, write the narrative and manage the room, without you needing three separate consultants to do it.
